What to send with your first message

You will get a useful answer much faster if the first message contains the basics. For a freight enquiry that means:

• Pickup address or city, and delivery address or port
• What the goods are, in plain words
• Gross weight and dimensions, or total CBM
• Number of packages or pallets
• When it needs to arrive
• Whether you need customs and delivery at the destination, or port-to-port only

For other services

Inspection: the purchase order or specification, the supplier's address and a contact person.

Company verification: the company name, and the licence number, website or an invoice if you have one.

Car sourcing: model, year range, mileage ceiling, specification and your total landed budget.

Personal effects: photos of what needs to move, or a room-by-room list, and the destination address.

Working hours

Sunday to Thursday, 08:00–19:00 Gulf Standard Time, with Saturday cover for shipments in transit. Urgent matters on a live shipment reach us outside those hours through WhatsApp.
