What we ship by air
Air freight makes sense when the cargo is valuable, urgent, fragile, perishable or simply small enough that sea freight's fixed costs dominate. Out of the UAE that typically means electronics, spare parts, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, garments, samples, machinery components and anything that has a customer waiting.

Consolidated air freight
Your cargo travels in our consolidation. Cheapest per kilo, one or two extra days for build-up and break-down at each end.
Direct and express
Booked on a named flight with priority handling. Use it when the deadline is fixed and the penalty for missing it is real.
Charter
A whole aircraft — from a Cessna Caravan to an AN-124 — for project cargo, relief loads, outsize pieces or a full production run.

Transit times are indicative and depend on flight frequency, customs at destination and whether the cargo is DG or temperature-controlled.
How air freight is priced
Airlines charge on chargeable weight: the higher of actual gross weight and volumetric weight, where volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6000. A light but bulky shipment is billed on its volume, which is why a box of cushions can cost more to fly than a box of bearings.
On top of the rate per kilo you have the airline's fuel and security surcharges, terminal handling at both airports, export and import customs, and — if you want door service — pickup and delivery. When we quote we give you the total, broken down, so nothing appears on the invoice that was not in the offer.
If your cargo is bulky and not truly urgent, ask us to price sea–air as well. On long lanes it often lands between the two and buys you most of the speed for a fraction of the cost.

Quote
You send weight, dimensions, commodity, origin and destination. We return a chargeable weight calculation and an all-in price.
Booking and pickup
We book the flight, collect from the supplier or your warehouse and bring the cargo to the terminal.
Export clearance
UAE export or re-export declaration, airline security screening, dangerous goods documentation if applicable.
Flight and tracking
You receive the air waybill number and flight details. We watch the transfer points and tell you before you have to ask.
Import and delivery
Our agent clears at destination and delivers to the door, or hands over at the airport if you prefer to clear yourself.
Air freight FAQ
What is the minimum shipment?
There is no formal minimum, but below roughly 30–45 kg an express courier is usually cheaper than air freight. We will tell you which one wins for your specific box.
Can you ship batteries and other dangerous goods by air?
Yes, under IATA DGR. Lithium batteries, aerosols, paint, adhesives and flammable liquids all have specific packing instructions and quantity limits. Send us the MSDS and we confirm what is possible and at what surcharge.
Do you handle perishables out of Dubai?
Yes — fruit, vegetables, flowers, chilled and frozen products, with cold chain handling at the terminal and pre-booked temperature-controlled capacity.
Can you charter an aircraft?
Yes. We arrange charters for outsize project pieces, urgent production stoppages, humanitarian loads and full production runs. Charter quotes take one to two days.
Is cargo insurance included?
No, and the airline's liability is limited by weight, not value — roughly 22 SDR per kilo. For anything valuable, take all-risk marine cargo insurance. We arrange it at a small percentage of the invoice value.
