Purchasing

Purchasing on your behalf

You found the goods but you do not want to wire a deposit to a company you have only seen on a website. We buy them for you: verify the seller, inspect the goods, pay and ship.

  • Supplier found and verified
  • Payment only after inspection
  • Receipt, consolidation, shipping

How a purchase runs

  1. Brief

What to buy: item, quantity, quality requirements, budget and deadline. If you already have a supplier, send the link or the invoice.

  2. Find or verify the supplier

We search the market, or we check yours — licence, ownership, litigation, physical address. See company verification.

  3. Negotiate

Price, lead time and payment terms. It is common to get below the number quoted to a foreign buyer.

  4. Inspect before paying

We go and look at the goods: quantity, quality, marking, packaging, with a photo and video report. See inspection.

  5. Pay

We pay the supplier from your funds against an invoice in our name. The money goes to a verified company, not to a stranger's personal account.

  6. Receive and ship

Goods are received into our warehouse, consolidated with your other purchases if needed, cleared for export and shipped to you.

Why buy through an agent

The main risk in buying abroad is not logistics, it is the deposit. The money leaves first and the goods arrive later, and between those two events the buyer has no leverage at all. If the company turns out to be an intermediary with no stock, a shell, or simply dishonest, recovering funds from another jurisdiction is close to impossible.

Purchasing through an agent closes exactly that gap. Payment happens after someone has physically seen the goods and checked the seller against the registries. If something does not add up, the deal simply does not happen and you lose nothing.

  • Money never goes straight to an unknown company
  • Goods are inspected before payment, not after arrival
  • The supplier is checked on licence, ownership and court record
  • Purchases from several suppliers become one shipment
  • One contract and one responsible person instead of five sellers

Purchasing FAQ

How do you charge?

A fixed fee or a percentage of the purchase value, agreed before we start. Shipping is quoted separately so you see both numbers.

Can you buy from a supplier we already found?

Yes, and it is the common case. We verify them, inspect the goods and handle the payment. If the check turns up problems, we say so plainly.

Which countries do you buy in?

The UAE with our own people. China, India, Turkey and Europe through partners, following the same sequence.

Whose name is the purchase in?

Whichever suits you: your own entity, or ours with a re-export afterwards. The second removes the need for a company in the country of purchase.

What if the goods are wrong?

The payment does not go through. You get the report with photographs and decide: demand replacement, renegotiate, or walk away.
