How we buy a car for you
Brief
Model, year range, mileage ceiling, specification, colour preferences and your total landed budget including shipping and duty at home.
Market search
Dealers, showrooms, auctions and private sellers across the Emirates. You get a shortlist with real photos, asking prices and our comments — not a scraped listing feed.
Physical inspection
Our inspector attends in person: paint thickness readings, panel gaps, undercarriage, diagnostic scan, service history, test drive, and a photo and video report.
History and legal check
VIN check, accident and insurance history, service records, and confirmation that the vehicle is free of outstanding finance or a lien. A car with a loan on it cannot be exported.
Negotiation and purchase
We negotiate, agree the price and complete the purchase against your funds. Payment goes to a verified seller with the paperwork in place.
Export and delivery
De-registration, export certificate, loading and shipping by container or RoRo, then clearance at your end.
What we check before you pay
A Dubai car can look immaculate and still be a bad buy. The specific things we verify are the ones that do not show in a listing:
- VIN matching across the chassis, registration card and documents
- Accident and insurance claim history
- Paint thickness on every panel — the fastest way to find undeclared bodywork
- Odometer plausibility against service records and wear
- Full diagnostic scan, including stored and cleared fault codes
- Outstanding finance, mortgage or lien on the vehicle
- Whether the car is a regional (GCC) or imported specification, which affects warranty, resale and sometimes homologation at destination
- Service history with the main dealer or a traceable independent

Car sourcing FAQ
How do you charge?
A fixed fee or an agreed percentage of the purchase price, stated before we start. Shipping is quoted separately so you can see both numbers.
Can you inspect a car I have already found myself?
Yes. A standalone inspection and history check is a common request — often on a car a seller has been pressing someone to pay a deposit on.
Do I pay the seller directly?
No, and you should not. Payment goes through a controlled process after the vehicle, the seller and the documents have been verified.
Are Dubai cars really cheaper?
Often, and the condition is usually better because of the climate and road quality. Whether it makes sense for you depends on your destination's import duty and homologation rules — we calculate the landed cost before you commit.
Can you buy right-hand drive?
The UAE market is left-hand drive. For right-hand-drive markets we can still source specific units, but the choice is narrower and we will say so upfront.
